This is the fourth in the series of 2020 Provider-side reform seminars. The subject is ‘Joining up service delivery’ and we will look at both provider-side and client-side melting of boundaries. In particular, we will explore the changing balance between in-house, external and new mode delivery of outcomes (behavioural change, commoditisation etc) and the provider community issues that surround it.
