Budget: 'hard to protect poorest and cut deficit'

As the Institute for Fiscal Studies claims the coalition's budget will hit the poor hardest, former Labour Downing Street policy chief Matthew Taylor tells Channel 4 News it is hard to cut public expenditure without having a bigger impact on low earners. 2020 Commissioner Matthew Taylor's blog mentions our report ‘The Fiscal Landscape: understanding contributions and benefits’.

Local Identity – the photographic evidence?
