Paul Buddery is the Research Manager to the Commission on 2020 Public Services.

Paul’s role is to quality assure and manage delivery of the Commission’s programme of research. He was previously a Senior Policy Officer for the Children’s Commissioner for England, managing qualitatitive and quantitative research into areas including education and youth justice.  Paul combines experience of project management in health and social care with a strong background in the voluntary and community sector, where he  developed innovative advocacy and service delivery projects for vulnerable children and adults.

Equality and Cohesion in an Age of Austerity

A budget for cuts but is it a budget for reform?
